You acknowledge that: • Prediction market trading is highly speculative • You may lose 100% of your capital on any position • Past performance is not indicative of future results • Contract prices can change rapidly and without warning • There is no guaranteed profit from any trade
You agree not to: • Use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing • Manipulate market outcomes or prices • Use bots or automated tools without authorization • Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules • Attempt to exploit smart contract vulnerabilities • Use the platform from a restricted jurisdiction
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by or licensed to the platform operator. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED. This is not financial advice. All products are highly speculative.
